Delivery times depend on the distributor and supplier. Our team is dedicated to achieving an average delivery time of between 5 and 15 business days, and may be delivered before the date stipulated in the option selected at checkout.

If there are customs delays and the order is held in Brazil, this period until release is not added to the total delivery period described at the time of purchase.

After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the Post Office regarding delays.

For any other issues regarding your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

If we confirm that there is a logistical problem with the order, we will refund your purchase in full immediately after the verification steps.

The tracking code for your purchase will be sent by email between 5 to 10 business days after confirmation of your order.

If your order was made using the Boleto Bancário option, the time between payment and bank clearance can take up to 5 business days.
